Biography

1980-1986 years of study at the medical faculty of the Kiev Medical Institute. 1986-1988 In the All-Union Research Institute of General and Forensic Psychiatry. V.P. Serbian. Clinical residency in general and forensic psychiatry. 1988-1991 Institute of General and Forensic Psychiatry. Postgraduate studies in forensic psychiatry. 1999 - pre-certification cycle and attestation to the first category in the specialty "Psychiatry" in the Main Military Clinical Hospital. In 2000 he passed the courses of professional development and specialization in psychiatry at the Department of Psychiatry at the Kharkov Medical University. In 2002 he passed the pre-certification cycle on psychiatry in the Ukrainian Army Medical Academy. In 2004 he graduated from the Kharkov Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, received a specialization in the specialty - "narcology". In 2008, he received a certificate for the highest category in the specialty "Psychiatry" in the Main Military Clinical Hospital.
