Biography
Paramonj Kalon was appointed to the post of General Director of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih" on February 1, 2015. Paramount Kalon has been working in the steel industry for more than 20 years. Previously, he worked as deputy general director for the production of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih. Prior to his appointment to this position, he was the Head of Technical Administration and the Chief Executive Officer for Projects and Enterprise Strategy (2008-2010). Paramonte Kalon began his career in 1995 as a project manager for CMC Zimag (formerly Mannesmann Demag), one of the world's largest innovators in steel technology and equipment suppliers. At the end of 2001, he moved to Danieli & C (Buttrio, Italy), where he was responsible for installing and commissioning turnkey steel projects around the world. For ten years, Mr. Kalon has implemented and launched a number of strategic steel projects by major steel producers in India, China, Taiwan, Britain, France, Italy and Russia. Paramonte Kalon graduated from the State Engineering Institute of Haryana State in India and holds a management degree in metallurgy, as well as a certificate of postgraduate education in computer science.
