Biography
Martyniuk Yuri Vladimirovich was appointed Chief Legal Counsel of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" from July 22, 2015. Yury Martynyuk began his labor activity in 1998 in the law firm "SALCOM" as a lawyer. In 2003, he was transferred to the post of Director of the Department of International Judicial Procedures. Since 2005, he was engaged in private legal practice as a partner of the law firm "LEXFOR" (2005-2011), the lawyer group "Tori" (2012-2014). In April 2014 the decree of the Acting President President of Ukraine A. Turchinov was appointed chairman of the Malinsky district state administration of Zhytomyr region. Since October 2014, he headed the Department of Judicial Work of the Legal Department of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. Yuri Martynyuk has considerable experience in protecting the interests of international companies in Ukrainian, foreign and international courts, the European Court of Human Rights. From 1999 to 2005 Yuri Martynyuk graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University and received a diploma of an international law specialist, referent-interpreter from English.
