Biography

 EDUCATION: Odessa National Mechnikov University, degree in business management and law EXPERIENCE: Andriy Selyutin is Attorney-at-law, Partner, Head of the South-Ukrainian Branch, Head of Infrastructure and Transport practices at Arzinger. Andrei specializes in civil, economic, corporate and tax law, legal support of deals and investment projects. Andriy has been practicing law for over 10 years now. Since 2002 he has worked for the law firm ANK. During this time he was involved in legal support of the major investment projects in South of Ukraine, such as construction of new terminals in Odessa and Illichivsk sea ports, land plots purchase and development, purchase, sale, reorganization and technical re-equipment of a number of leading industrial enterprises in Odessa and Odessa Region, raising of credits from foreign banks and international financial institutions. Andriy has successfully represented clients’ interests before all court instances in Ukraine and international arbitration courts. For 5 years Andrei worked as manager of a team of highly experienced lawyers. According to “Ukrainian Law Firms 2013. A Handbook for Foreign Clients” Andriy Selyutin is named one of TOP-5 leading experts in transport and infrastructure. He made to the 300 short-list of lawyers and the list of nominees to TOP-100 lawyers in Ukraine within the legal market research Client Choice 2012-2013.
