Yaroslav Medvediev

Biography

 Yaroslav Medvediev is a Senior Associate with AVELLUM competition practice. Yaroslav specializes in obtaining merger control and concerted actions (practices) clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in M&A transactions. Yaroslav also regularly advises international and Ukrainian clients on a diverse mix of antitrust and competition matters from cartel and market investigations to abuse of dominance and competition compliance. Yaroslav has significant experience in preparing and supporting merger control and concerted actions (practices) notifications of leading international and Ukrainian companies as well as in supporting clients in cases of violation of the competition law. Yaroslav frequently advises clients in a number of sectors, including heavy and chemical industry, real estate and construction and non-productive sphere.Prior to joining AVELLUM Yaroslav worked as a lawyer at the department on control of concentrations and concerted actions (practices) of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
