Biography
Hirotaka Kawano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Chuo University, Tokyo. Kawano has over 30 years’ experience in logistics, procurement and finance. He started his career with a global chemicals company in Japan in the import and export department. Prior to joining Azelis, his position was Head of Regional Logistics Japan and Group Procurement Japan. He spent almost 33 years for Hoechst and Clariant being responsible for Einkauf in Frankfurt, International Trading (export sales) as Team Manager and Controlling Head in Japan.
