"I am joint Managing Partner of Bright Leadership, which helps Companies internationally to create highly engaged organisations, where people add value, not just simply come to work.    As a qualified Business Psychologist (MSc Business Psychology, Kingston University London) and a Chartered Member CIPD with    • experience in designing and facilitation of high-impact learning and development solutions for various workshops and development programs (i.e Discovery Leadership Program, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management, UK)   • knowledge and experience of how to recognize organizational talent and design effective assessment solutions using valid methods and targeted psychometrics   • substantial international Human Resources Management experience   I take pride in professionalism and research based approach to the solutions I develop and the work we, as Bright Leadership conduct working with organizations and executives.  I share the belief that organizations thrive because of their people.
