Biography
Mr. Bilyy is a leading expert and a qualified executive of the Ukrainian oil and gas industry. He has 30 years of experience at leading Ukrainian and foreign companies, in particular at Poltava Petroleum Company (JKX ​​Oil & Gas). Mr. Bilyy made a significant contribution to technological advances in field development and implementation of innovative technologies in drilling, completion, well intensification and testing. He graduated as a mining engineer from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of oil and gas, holds a professional management certificate from the Open University (UK) and completed training on use of modern drilling technologies at Aberdeen Drilling Schools (UK). Rikhard Bilyy has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) since 1999 and the chairman of the Ukrainian branch of SPE since 2017.
