Mikola M. Kuzmenkov is the Head for ChernigovRyba Closed Joint-Stock Company. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests that include Food processing in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals have been a recipient of many award and grants. He is the Editorial Board Member of various journals and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books.
