He received secondary education at the Moschena Secondary School, in 1992 he received higher education at the Chernihiv Technological Institute, in 1997 he worked as a laboratory assistant and engineer at the Chelyabinsk State Technological Institute, as an assistant and senior lecturer, now assistant professor of PE. Scientific activity - 1997-2001 - Postgraduate study of TTI and CSTU, 2004 - defense of the candidate's dissertation on the topic "Quasirezonance pulsed transducers for DC electric actuators", more than 15 published scientific works.
