Biography
Pierre Le Roux joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1982 and became a partner in 1994. He has broad experience in private equity investments (venture capital) and the tax consequences of company restructurings and reorganisations. Within this framework he also advises on individual tax matters, including investment planning, executive compensation (stock and cash-based incentives) and employee benefits.
