Biography
Alain Raemy’s work covers the fields of corporate transactions, competition law as well as general contract law for Swiss and international corporate clients. He has particular expertise in network-based industries and technology matters. Alain Raemy graduated from the University of Fribourg (1991, licentiate) and the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium (1995, LL.M.). He worked two years in a French language law office and as an intern in a major U.S. law firm. Alain Raemy was admitted to the bar in 1994 and joined us in 1995. Since 2001 he is a partner of our company.
