Biography
Alexander Bissels advises companies on all labour law aspects of restructurings, transfers of undertakings as well as outsourcing projects. He has special expertise in cross-border personnel adjustment measures and company pension schemes. As an expert for all issues relating to the deployment of external staff, he has co-created the CMS labour law tech solution "Deployment of external personnel" (FPE) that helps companies make a rapid and reliable assessment when using external personnel.
