Biography

 António focuses his practice in the Banking and Finance area, where he has a vast experience in corporate and acquisition finance, leveraged & mezzanine finance, infrastructure and project finance and structured products. He has also a large experience in special situations, restructuring deals, turnarounds and transactions involving distressed assets and non performing loans.
