Biography

 Carlos possesses vast professional experience in matters involving criminal, civil, corporate and constitutional law, taking part in numerous arbitration and legal proceedings before the Provincial Courts, the National Court, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. In recent years, his professional activities have been especially focused on financial criminal law.
