Caryn Penley heads up the Banking & Finance team in Scotland. She is also Executive Partner for Scotland. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of corporate lending and leveraged finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers in acquisition finance, development finance, property finance and asset finance transactions on both a syndicated and bilateral basis.
