Biography
Christiane Kappes is an environmental and planning law specialist with a particular focus on nature conservation and species protection matters and special infrastructure, mining and energy sector expertise. She advises German and international companies on complex permitting and plan approval procedures for, amongst others, infrastructure projects, extra-high-voltage transmission lines, pipelines, renewable energy projects, power plants and mines. She also regularly represents her clients in administrative disputes and public sector contract negotiations.
