Biography
A partner within the M&A/Corporate/Private Equity Department which he co-directs, Christophe has been advising companies, private investors, managers and investment funds in mergers/acquisitions, joint-venture and private equity (LBO, growth equity, management package) transactions for more than twenty years. He assists his clients with their corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes and disputes relating to company acquisitions/transfers. He regularly assists large- and medium-sized family businesses in matters of governance and handover.
