Darina Baltadjieva is a local partner at CMS in Sofia. In this capacity she is head of the Commercial and Litigation team. Darina Baltadjieva has a wide experience in advising clients on on-going commercial matters such as General Terms and Conditions, supply agreements, frame agreements with buyers, Joint Venture Agreements, etc. She is also experienced in general contract law, corporate governance and M&A transactions, mainly in the field of real estate. She primarily advises large institutional clients such as retail chains, investment funds and financial institutions.
