Douglas Hunter has over 27 years as a real estate practitioner. He has considerable experience of the full range of property legal services for office, retail, industrial/logistics and mixed use properties. This covers property investment for a number of UK-based institutional investors and limited partnerships; property transfers (purchases/sales), developments and forward fundings; and 'business as usual' property management and leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants).
