Edouard Milhac is a partner in CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre's International Tax Group. Having joined the company in 1990, from 1994 to 2000 Edouard practised in the New York office of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Edouard advises on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border restructuring, corporate finance projects and private equity fund structuring. His clients include multinationals, partnerships, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals.
