Biography
Emmanuel Faury specialises in international taxation. He works both on the international aspects of internal taxation (territoriality, transfer pricing, tax assessment of non-real estate assets) as well as on specifically international aspects. He also works on mergers & acquisitions and restructuring, both nationally and internationally, such as the handling of investments to or from abroad. He advises French and international multi-national corporations on all aspects of their national and international tax strategy, coordinating their cross-border projects in all of their sites.
