Gentscho Pavlov is Managing Partner at CMS Sofia. He is a Bulgarian-qualified lawyer with many years of professional experience. He specializes in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate, real estate and tax and heads the Banking & Finance and M&A teams. Gentscho Pavlov has led some of the most complex M & A deals in Bulgaria, some of which still being among the largest foreign investments in the country.
