Gordon Hay is a partner in the Edinburgh office. He acts for banks and borrowers in relation to energy finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. Gordon spent time on secondment at the Bank of Scotland’s Energy Team and has a particular interest in all aspects of energy financing.
