Graeme Bruce

Biography

Graeme Bruce is a partner in the Corporate department with over 25 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. He is consistently listed as a leading lawyer in the directories and specialises in a range of corporate finance work including IPOs, secondary share issues, fundraisings and public company takeovers and reverse takeovers as well as other M&A work acting for a wide range of fully listed companies, AIM companies, institutions and private companies. He advises clients on constitutional and corporate governance issues, regulation and authorisation, mergers and acquisitions and demutualisations.  He also has extensive experience in large scale business process outsourcings and joint venture arrangements, constitutional matters, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. He has industry specific expertise in the energy sector, engineering, financial services and hotels and leisure sectors.
