Hubertus Kolster has been the managing partner of CMS Germany since 2011, and as one of Germany’s leading commercial law firms, CMS today has more than 600 lawyers and offices in eight major German commercial centres plus six international offices. Hubertus’s advisory practice concentrates on corporate and business law as well as on M&A transactions, with a specific focus on assisting strategic German and international investors.
