Jean Robert Bousquet is a partner and Co-Head of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Jean-Robert works on mergers and acquisitions and joint-venture operations, both for financial and strategic investors and in particular on cross-border operations. He also has significant experience in corporate governance and company shareholder agreements.
