Biography
Leonid Zubarev has been working at CMS, Russia since 1995. He heads Commercial Practice Group, leads the firm’s Insurance Group in Central and Eastern Europe and co-ordinates on the Russian side the Chinese desk, established by CMS, Russia and CMS, China jointly to provide our clients with tailored-made and fully integrated advice to develop their business activities in China and in Russia.
