Biography
Matthias Eck advises German and international clients on all intellectual property and unfair competition law matters. He focuses on patent, trademark, copyright and competition law, advises on and negotiates research, development, licence and cooperation agreements and also represents his clients in infringement proceedings. Matthias has special sector expertise and regularly works for companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology and media (print and digital) industries as well as for marketing and advertising clients. His practice also includes protection of known-how and industrial espionage cases.
