Oleksandra Prysiazhniuk

Biography

 Oleksandra Prysiazhniuk is Senior Associate at CMS in Kyiv, which she joined in November 2016. Before CMS Oleksandra worked for more than 10 years in renowned international and Ukrainian law firms. Her areas of specialization include Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law, Energy and Natural Resources Law. She has considerable experience in advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, greenfield investments, restructurings with an industry focus on agriculture, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, commodity trading, tourism and hospitality and others. Oleksandra holds master's degrees from The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (international law) and The Central European University (environmental policy) and graduated with merit from both programs.
