Biography
Philippe Calard is a partner in the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon. He mainly works on mergers & acquisitions, transfers and sales of businesses, including on LBO, private-equity and project operations: advice on project set-ups, shareholders’ agreements. He also advises family businesses, corporate groups and investment funds. In addition, he advises companies in the medical and social sectors, industrial companies and hotel businesses.
