Biography
Radivoje Petrikić is a partner at CMS in Vienna and has been the managing partner of the Serbian CMS office in Belgrade since its establishment in 2000. As an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as finance and project finance, Radivoje Petrikić looks back on more than 18 years of work experience in major commercial/M&A transactions and development projects throughout the CEE region. He has a sound understanding of all corporate and financial issues relevant for companies operating in markets in transition as well as vast experience in advising regulatory bodies governing such markets.
