Biography
Employment and labour law expert Rainer Kienast focuses on advising companies in the context of changes of operation and transfer of undertakings, including employee participation issues. His clients also include executives whom he advises on their employment contracts, respectively service agreements. Rainer has special healthcare sector know-how and covers employment and labour law issues as they come up in hospitals, the legal regulations pertaining to consultants and hospital law. He is also very experienced in setting up European companies, the co-called Societas Europaea (SE).
