Biography
Raško Radovanović leads CMS Belgrade’s competition law practice. He has advised some of the most important market players in different industries (automotive, FMCG, food and agriculture, energy, pharmaceuticals, etc.) on antitrust-related aspects of their everyday business operations and has coordinated high-profile multi-jurisdictional merger filings. He also represents clients in investigation proceedings of the Serbian competition authority and has extensive experience in dawn raids and individual exemption procedures.
