Biography
Richard Croker is Head of the Corporate Tax team at CMS UK, where he has been a partner since 1997. He has a wide ranging practice, which includes tax planning for real estate transactions of all kinds for investors, developers and occupiers, fund structuring, restructurings, joint ventures, private finance and projects transactions, and mergers and acquisitions across a number of sectors including oil and gas.
