Biography
Sibylle Novak has been a partner at CMS since 2008 and is an expert in national and international tax law. She is among the very few law experts in Austria who are admitted to the bar (since 2006) and also certified as tax advisors (since 2002). She can draw on more than 20 years of work experience. In her work, she specialises in tax-optimising transactions, M&A, restructurings, private foundations as well as private equity and venture capital deals.
