Biography
Simon Johnston is a partner in the CMS Banking & Finance Group. He heads CMS' London’s Real Estate Finance practice. As well as regularly acting for borrowers and financial institutions on a variety of development, project and investment property and hotels finance transactions in the UK and overseas, Simon also works on the restructuring of such transactions. Simon has been with the firm for over 20 years.
