Stephen Netherway is a partner in the UK Disputes and Insurance groups, a CEDR accredited mediator, and UK Insurance Sector Head. He advises widely on contentious business disputes, arbitration, and on insurance and reinsurance claims, coverage and non contentious advisory work, often of a cross border nature.
