Stuart MacLean is a partner in the Corporate Group. Based in Edinburgh, he has lived and worked in London, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Singapore. He works with leading companies, investors, management teams and charities executing strategic opportunities or facing critical challenges. His transactional experience includes public and private M&A, private equity investments, private placings and other private funding structures, joint ventures and start-up and early stage funding and structuring.
