Biography
Valerie Allan is a partner in our Energy Disputes Team. Based in Aberdeen as part of our Oil & Gas Team for over 15 years, Valerie specialises in commercial dispute resolution for the energy sector. Valerie is dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales and regularly advises on disputes in both jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience in advising clients further afield and often works along with colleagues in other CMS jurisdictions. Valerie has trained as a mediator.
