Biography
Amanda Schreiber joined ContourGlobal in April 2012 and currently serves as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Corporate Legal Officer. In this role, she advises the Company on compliance with U.S. and international anti-corruption, international-trade, and competition laws, and is responsible for all corporate-level legal matters. Amanda also serves as Corporate Secretary to ContourGlobal’s Board of Directors. She is a member of the Senior Executive Committee.
