 "Overseeing the launch of new production machines Defining and control the key production indicators of raw mill area (transport, storing, mixing, grinding in vertical roller mill and homogenization in tangential silos). Production and maintenance support in order to solve technical problems and issues Maintaining and optimization of production lines to improve performance Control and analyzing of the production process by means of tools and techniques: Bottleneck Analysis, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma Modify and refine the process and manufactured products Optimization of support processes to ensure the highest quality, efficiency and minimizing costs Identification of problems and the implementation of preventive solutions Reporting and analysis processes Main achievements: determination of proper PSD requirement for vertical roller mill, which was a main basic condition for increasing of throughput. Adjusting of PID controller, after which has obtained stabilization of feeding flow."
