Biography
He was appointed to the current role on September 2016. Prior to joining CRH, Dmytro Grygorenko has been working in Cement, Aggregates and RMC businesses since 2006. He started his career in the position of quarry shift chief in Lafarge Aggregates Ukraine (July 2006-Sep 2007) and then he worked about 9 years in the role of country level H&S Head at Lafarge Aggregates Ukraine (2007-2011), Lafarge Aggregates and Concrete Russia (2011-2012), Holcim Russia (2013-2015) and cement line of LafargeHolcim Russia (July-December 2015). Graduated as Automation Engineer from Kiev National Technical University “KPI”, holds Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice from RoSPA City&Guilds (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, Birmingham, UK).
