Biography
John Moskalyk was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. A graduate of the Toronto French School and the University of Toronto, he began his career in logistics, first with Panalpina, and then as co-owner of Ronco Freight International Inc. In 2005, John moved to Kyiv, Ukraine, and worked in trading of raw commodities (cement, steel, oil & gas products), before returning to Canada in late 2011. An accredited mediator and entrepreneur, John continues to promote international trade, with a special interest for products originating in Ukraine. To serve his community: he is financial director of the Dopomoha Ukraini Fund; Vice-President for Government Relations with the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce; a board member of the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation; board member of the Eastern Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada; sits on the World Council of Ukrainian Social Services, Ukrainian World Congress; and is a Rotarian
