Biography
Andrey P. Lobazov is the Director for Dneprostalprom Dnepropetrovskiy Plant of Steel Constractions and Non-standard Equipment. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests that include buildings and construction in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals have been a recipient of many award and grants. He is the Editorial Board Member of various journals and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books.
