Biography

 2001 - graduated from Lugansk State Medical University and received a full higher education in the specialty of "Medical Business". 2003 - received the certificate of a specialist after the internship in the specialty "urology". 2005 - combining with the main medical activity, he graduated in absentia from the East Ukrainian National University. V. Dal, received a full higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence". In order to improve his knowledge and skills, from 2004 to 2008 he took part in 4 conferences, annually raised his professional level, took part in the European congress of urologists in Odessa. He passed an internship at the Main Directorate of Health of the State Administration in the following positions: Chief Surgery Specialist, Chief Specialist, Legal Adviser, Chief Specialist for Centralized Supply to the Department of Financial and Economic Support of Health Care Institutions. 2008 - graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of the East Ukrainian National University. V. Dal and received the qualification of a specialist in banking. 2008 - received the 2nd qualification category for the organization of health protection, as well as the 1st qualification category in the specialty "Urology"  2013 - PAC for Urology. 2013 - received the 1st qualification category on organization of health protection. 2016 - received a scientific degree (candidate of medical sciences).
