Biography
Upon obtaining his MBA from Georgetown in 2005, Andrew joined AES in Kazakhstan with responsibility for commercial origination, business development and M&A in Europe, Africa and CIS. In this role, he was an integral part of the team that executed the $1.5bn sale of 4000 MW Ekibastuz GRES-1. He also led the efforts to structure and execute a 20 year Power Purchase Agreement in Cameroon and led power plant development efforts in Mozambique.
