Biography
Mr. Claude Zimmer co-founded Lux Global Trust Services (LGTS S.A.) in 2009 and serves as its Managing Director. Mr. Zimmer is the Founder of Zimmer & Partners, a fiduciary, in Luxembourg. He is a professor at the University of Luxembourg. He served as Head of tax department of Kreditbank Luxembourg from 1980 to 1992. He served as Partner of BDO Compagnie Fiduciare from 1992 to 2002. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Antonov plc since May 2010. Mr. Zimmer serves as a Director of Manor Investment S.A. He has been a Member of the Council of Banque Centrale du Luxembourg since 2008. He is a leading figure in Luxembourg taxation circles, served as President of the tax Committee of ALFI (the Luxembourg Association of Investment Funds) and served as President of the tax Committee of the ABBL (the Luxembourg Association of Banks and Bankers). In addition, Mr. Zimmer is Member of the CODEPLAFI which is a thinking committee established at the initiative of Minister Frieden
