 • Strong team and project management skills • Extensive experience on policy dialogue on EE & RE issues and energy market reforms with Ukrainian state and local authorities, including Ukraine international obligations within the energy sector (incl.Energy Community Treaty) • More than 8 years of experience in programme and project management and initiation in the multicultural environment with the focus on Ukrainian energy efficiency and renewables market • Extensive network of contacts among Ukrainian and foreign business community, Ukrainian authorities, regional, local administrations and governmental organizations, as well as international donor organizations, EU governmental institutions, and NGOs. • 6 years of experience in project development within the energy efficiency sector, 4 years of general support in development of RE (wind, biomass, biogas) and EE markets in Ukraine, including initial consultations on project development, investments and political risks assessment, identification of business opportunities • 9 years of experience in marketing, communications, major event organizing (conferences, seminars, workshops), out of them 7 years within EE\RE sectors • Proven management, research, analytical skills gained within both the private and public sector • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
