Andrey Burtsev got his Master's Degree at the Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law. He also completed a managerial training program at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. At present, Mr. Burtsev is an MBA candidate at the business school of the University of Manchester (Manchester Business School), Great Britain.
